Chapter Officer Training

The Louisiana State Organization Leadership Development Committee will host a New Chapter Officers’ Training on Saturday, June 6, 2026 at the Holiday Inn Downtown Alexandria. The State Officers/Personnel will provide an orientation and overview of the officers’ responsibilities and duties for the following:

• President,

• First Vice President/Educational Excellence Chairman,

• Second Vice President/Membership Chairman,

• Recording Secretary,

• Parliamentary Adviser, and

• Treasurer.

Each attendee should complete the Registration Form.  Registration fee will be $15 per person and can be paid by credit card using the link below or be paid by check mailed to Judy Rongey, State Treasurer. For those chapters paying the registration fee, one online payment or one check can be sent for all registrations. Individual officers may also submit registration fees separately.  Any member wanting to attend that is not an officer may also submit the Registration Form and a registration fee.  

For those arriving on Friday night, rooms can be reserved at your own expense.  Please note that if chapter officers travel 200 miles or more, reimbursement is allowed for one vehicle per chapter and one-half of one double room per chapter.   For other chapters, reimbursement for mileage will be paid for one vehicle per chapter at the current rate for LSODKG.
