Yearbooks serve as a chapter or coordinating council’s historical record. Each chapter or council determines format for their yearbook as long as it contains the required information. The purpose, content and order of Chapter/Council Yearbooks are stated in the Standing Rules of Louisiana State Organization of The Delta Kappa Gamma Society International. A copy of this information is included below for the chapter or council to utilize when developing their yearbook.
State Guidelines (See Standing Rules and information in this box):
6 copies are needed for state officers, personnel, and your district director
Submit all 6 copies to 1st Vice President
Deadline to turn in your chapter or council’s yearbook is November 15.
Please no 3 ring binders for these copies.
Copied on 8 ½ x 11 sheets for state purposes
Staple or bind together in some way, each copy of yearbook – no loose pages please
Place name of chapter and district top of each copy
Current/up-to-date information is included

Complete needed information about chapter officers, committee chapters, chapter members and chapter meetings. Please save your document using your chapter name and year (ex. Epsilon Chapter 2022).
Email your electronic yearbook information to 1st Vice President. The 1st Vice President will forward your information to the other officers and directors.
Deadline to email is November 15. Please send earlier if possible.
Ensure your chapter members are provided all the Chapter Yearbook information required in the Standing Rules.

YEARBOOK TEMPLATE TIPS
If your chapter committees are different than the ones listed on the form, you can change names of committees to fit your chapter’s committees. If you need to add or delete, place your cursor on the first box on the row that you need to change. Right click and a box will pop up. If you have more members, find insert in the box and click. Then click on the line that states insert row below to add an extra row to add another member. If you have fewer members on a committee, right click and a box will pop up. Find delete cells in this box and click on it. Click on the line that states delete entire row and click ok.
If you have a different number of chapter members than spaces provided, you can add or delete accordingly following the procedures stated above.
